Note that for CS, unlike PS, *two* hierarchies exist at the same time:
* An inheritance hierarchy (the same as with PS); it indeed should be shown
consistently with PS;
* A hierarchy of *nested text runs*. Actually, this hierarchy suggests nesting
not only CS, but also direct CF, which would indeed complicate the layout ...
but it's inevitable. We should think over the implementation of display for
that.</pre>
