Since Thunderbird 78 the addressbook changed from abook.mab to abook.sqlite. So
a connection couldn't be established with the direct connection in Base.
We have different possibilities:
- Write down "Old Thunderbird Addressbook abook.mab" for the connection instead
of "Thunderbird Addressbook". But most of people will update Thunderbird and it
won't work any more.
- We could try it with a connection to SQLite - but there is only working
connection through ODBC without problems.
- We could remove the entry for "Tunderbird addressbook" in the list of
datasources for Base.
