General advise: never ever save straight forward into DOCX. As this kind of
thing surely not unique. It shows up fine even after, save & reload will reveal
if actually something got broken..
Anyhow, it be nice if you have a ODT of the proper layout.. which can be
exported to DOCX causing the broken variant.</pre>
