<pre>I believe this bug has the same root cause as <a class="bz_bug_link
bz_status_NEW "
title="NEW - Google Docs exports only (ambiguous) "en" language tag text attribute"
href="show_bug.cgi?id=137742">bug 137742</a>, that LO doesn't
convert the ambiguous "en" language tag to a specific en_XX tag with proper
spellchecking support.
Does <span class=""><a href="http://bugs.documentfoundation.org/attachment.cgi?id=166495" name="attach_166495" title="original file">attachment 166495</a> <a href="http://bugs.documentfoundation.org/attachment.cgi?id=166495&action=edit" title="original file">[details]</a></span> happen to come from Google Docs as well?
The consensus from the discussion in the other bug seems to be that we should
just silently convert ambiguous "en" to "en_US".</pre>
