I cannot reproduce this in 6.4.7 or master. The first five footnote numbers are
all in superscript. (The tops clearly all align with the top of the footnote
text, but the bottom of the number is definitely higher than the bottom of the
footnote text.) To my eyes, it is identical to Word 2016.</pre>
