I just rechecked the bug, changed Tools>Language>For all Text>English (USA) Again, Germany disappears in all Language lists and English (USA) is set as default language under Tools>Options>Languages>Default Language for Documents>Western This time and set is new for me clothing LibO Writer and start Writer new or using File>New>Text Document resets the Default Language for Western back to German. But also new to me is that German in the languages lists (Tools Languages) does sometimes not simply disappears but in some cases get replaced by other languages like Sami, Northern (Norway) and Sorbian, Upper.
