<pre>There's a Writer compatibility configuration item (under Tools -> Options,
LibreOfficeWriter -> Compatibility, a checkbox named 'Reorganize Form menu to
have it MS compatible'), if you have that checked, it uses a different Form
menu, with items similar to what MS Word has (it has a limited selection of
controls so far). Unchecking that will get the regulard menu back.
If that solves your issue, please close this bug report as RESOLVED NOTABUG.</pre>
