It's similar because I want to add resolution (DPI) as a third way to control the displayed size of an inserted image, alongside scaling percentage and display dimensions, but without changing its pixels or file size. So the two dialogs would have similar Dimension and Resolution fields, and a Keep aspect ratio checkbox.
