Sorry, s/rulers/scrollbars
And since we only provide control of scrollbars for Writer (they are automatic
for the other modules) having them independent on the main 'View' menu is
sufficient. Keeping them independent is functional, and adding a third combined
control or a submenu would just add clutter. Still -1</pre>
