<pre>"Footnote" paragraph style is just a paragraph style. It only has some name,
and is used in footnotes by default, but it has no special properties compared
to other styles. Introducing some special processing based on names is bad.
It's like having some non-standard hidden undocumented property in the style.
And in fact, it doesn't hurt anyone, and just a usual nitpicking - unless there
is an actual workflow that would benefit from the proposal. IMO WF.</pre>
