Crash if you click on the "Online Update" option when it is not installed
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Custom installation
2. Do not install the Online Update component
3. Complete the installation
4. Start LibreOffice
5. Tools> Options> LibreOffice
6. Click Online Update: error "cannot find
/org.openoffice.OfficeJobs/Jobs/UpdateCheck/Arguments
7. Cick Ok => Crash with no possibility to save any open and modified
documents.
Actual Results:
"Online Update" is accessible via the Tools menu and causes a crash because it
is not installed
Expected Results:
"Online Update" is *not* accessible via the Tools menu (as in previous
versions)
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes

Still reproduced on Windows with Version: 7.0.4.2 (x64)
