<pre>These bug reports just need to be closed. Ultimately, the human needs to learn
the tool they are using.
The current behaviour is completely accurate. The only reason landscape layout
is on page 3 is because it is a "follow" from envelope (obviously a completely
made up example). When you change a page style, you obviously must change it
from the last "section-break" specifier - which is how page 2 started.</pre>
