I can open it by the password (Password = testpw) with LO Version: 7.0.3.1 on Fedora Linux 5.9. I can open it by the password (Password = testpw) with LO Version: 7.0.3.1 on Win10 latest update. I CANNOT open it with LO Version: 7.0.4.2 on Fedora Linux 5.9.
