Current skia Vulkan denylist [1] allows nVidia GPU with drivers > 457.36.0
But, this is a dupe of <a class="bz_bug_link
bz_status_RESOLVED bz_closed"

href="show_bug.cgi?id=138973">bug 138973</a> and has been patched [2]. Affecting builds
from 2020-12-15 -> 2020-12-18
