        <pre>Description:
If OpenCL is enabled on LibreOffice, on my computer it causes a hang on
startup. The loading splash screen appears and then halts there forever.

I figured out how to disable OpenCL through safe mode, but it's been
automatically turned back on twice since, causing the same problem to reappear
by surprise.

Updates to this software should respect the existing setting instead of
re-enabling it.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Turn off OpenCL
2. Wait for automatic update
3. Note that OpenCL is re-enabled?

Actual Results:
OpenCL is re-enabled at every update?

Expected Results:
OpenCL setting should stay as it is set.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No
