Description:
Win 10 scrolls fine in Edge, Opera, Wordpad, etc., but LibreOffice is almost
impossible to scroll with, about 5x too fast and jerky
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open an existing multi page RTF document.
2. Try scrolling & notice how it is too fast.
Actual Results:
Too fast and jerky scroll
Expected Results:
Smooth scrolling
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
OpenGL enabled: Yes
Additional Info:
-Smooth scrolling.
-I’m using Lenovo ideaPad Flex 5 14 with Win 10 Home 1909 up to date.
-I upgraded from 7.0.2.2 and the problem remains.
-S/W should just use the default touchpad settings that works fine on other
apps.
-OpenGL is enabled.
-This has been an ongoing issue, listed round about as “Is it possible to
adjust scrolling speed in all LibreOffice apps?” It was closed on 2020-10-12 by
Alex Kemp with an insufficient reason that did not address a fix for people in
2020 still having this issue on newer hardware.
