This is the behaviour I first discovered and reported, so it looks like that
problem hasn't been fixed yet.
There's no need even to enter info into the wizard. Just Format->Title Page and
OK does it.
Since finding out this feature is just a wizard I abandoned using it and use a
manual page break instead.</pre>
