Open the report for editing.
Mark the rectangle. It is filled with yellow color. The border around is blue -
the default for every form.
See at the properties. There is no possibility to set the border of the
rectangle to another color. There is also no possibility to set the form
without any border.

Two possibilities to solve this problem:
1. Set the default of the forms to a form without any border.
2. Add a dialog to change the color of the border.

Tested this with OpenSUSE 15.2 and LO 7.0.4.2. The same behavior is in all
tested older versions of LO.</pre>
