        <pre>Tried to reset User Profile as recommended but cannot locate it on my MacBook. 

According to your instructions located on

the User Profile should be located in this folder: 

~/Library/Application Support/LibreOffice/4/user (LibreOffice 4 to 7)

However, the LibreOffice folder does not exist in the path.
