But if moved far enough, or if the page scrolls to the next or prior page, the text run will be refreshed and no longer mis-registered. This occurs in a very low percentage of scroll movements <5% , but it does occur with GDI default mode rendering, and with both Skia Vulkan and Skia raster mode rendering. Did not check OpenGL rendering. Did not check if font changes affect percentage of the line tear.
