Internet pretty fast.. and most macOS users are reasonable well connected..
It's single time download.
The whole other topic is incremental updates. That the whole thing must be
download over and over is different topic :-). But initial download of fine

Those who ship with Windows too :P. Whatever the reasoning was.. Don't seeing a
point to make a separate decision or opening separate debate for macOS.
And no I have no clue who 'decided' the Windows list of language extensions

Yes.. different perspective, but also valid..
And yes, this is being debated.. but ends is in arguments pro/contra.. without
the people who are in charge.. Those who should make the decision. The no
hierarchy approach isn't ideal either :P. Keepings thing lingering around
unnecessary. And there was some talk about compression?
And was it about 'file size on disk' or file size for download?
