Description:
I need to protect somme of the cell named ranges I create (as administrator).
Even with protections on cells, even with protection on file, users can always
modify the cell named ranges, doing the command "manage the names".
Could it be possible to add a protection for that ?

Actual Results:
no protection on cell named ranges.

Expected Results:
being able to choose to protect (or not) cell name ranges when it's created.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
I think excel does, already
