<pre>Okay so you have to try to drag below the last paragraph. That way I see it
happen.
It was good until 4.3, then in 4.4 the shape+textframe implementation started
to show this behavior, but even after the first anchor move... even until
6.4.0.
But I can no longer reproduce this in:
Version: 7.0.0.3 (x64)
