<pre>/opt filesystem on Linux generally is owned by root.root (by default) and no
user without permission ("sudo" or login to root using "su -") can install into
/opt/libreofficex.y. Either
1) Extension is "Installed for all users" by root
2) Extension is "Installed for current user" into user profile
3) Permissions and/or ownership for /opt/ibreofficex.y and sub-directories are
manually changed by the system administrator to accomplish a user installation
into /opt (absolutely not recommended way to go)
