If this is in reference to <a href="show_bug.cgi?id=139918#c5">Comment 5</a>, I have no idea why this was being asked of me not only because the Help menu has nothing to do with the issue at hand but also, as far as I can tell, there is no way to copy the entire Help menu to a single file in order to paste it here.
