In my perception, yes. Happily to put in under 'ENHANCEMENT". And maybe the
movement is not best example. Say image deletion. And simply compare MSO

What is the sense of 'Record Changes' If skips 20% of the changes?

I don't see the Help as proper reference. If things don't exists, never existed
but should be working ideally. If the help would mention the 'desired' result
and not the factual functionality, well.. would call it misleading..

I already argued that 'Undo' and "Track changes systems" should be merged
ideally. Undo is far better in registering changes. But this are currently to
in depend systems for historical reasons I guess. And the suggestion is taken
seriously at DEV side, but this won't happen any time soon. Landing at long
term or super long term (10-20 years); but maybe the world changed in that
period and it isn't needed anymore at all?</pre>
