Previously, e.g., LO 6.3, customization of Sidebar decks resulted in unselected
decks being hidden. In 7.1, they are only greyed out.

Enhancement request is for the icons to be hidden.

Given that the default is for all decks to be available, then a user will know
how and why icons for the decks disappeared.

This is similar to the situation with toolbars, where it is possible to "hide"
icons (without the icons being shown in greyed-out version).

Reasons:
- Allows user to reduce clutter.
- Makes it easier to see only relevant sidebar icons.

(This is a different situation than dialog boxes)
