        <pre>Description:
LibreOffice doesn't have [Offset] setting box, we cannot set ruby offset value
flexibly.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select words that you want to add ruby to.
2. Select main menu of [Format] > [Asian Phonetic Guide]
3. On [Asian Phonetic Guide] dialogue, check [Base text] and [Ruby text], then
check setting of [Alignment] is Center, [Position] is Top, [Character style for
ruby text] is Rubies.

Actual Results:
Please check screenshot of ruby setting dialogue on Microsoft Office (Word)
attached. You can find [Offset] setting box. [Asian Phonetic Guide] dialogue of
LibreOffice doesn’t have [Offset] setting box, so we can’t adjust ruby offset
value flexibly.

Expected Results:
LibreOffice should have [Offset] setting box like Microsoft Office (Word) to
adjust ruby offset value flexibly.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No
