+ disappearing comments is by design, see other tickets
+ check View > Comments to make them always visible
(this might solve the main concerns)
+ acting like a shape allows for easy moving
+ comments in post-it style look good but lack the option
to move, take a lot of space making it hard to comment
adjacent cells
I recommend to resolve WF but keep it for a while to get more opinions.</pre>
