Yes.
I thought about "Tools-Options-Language settings-Writing Aids-Options-Hyphenate
without incuiry" as about checkbox, which turn on/off auto-hyphenation with
"highest-priority" and expected that when it's unchecked, hiphenation should be
turned off.
It seems that it is not a bug, sorry.</pre>
