<pre>Use "130,131" under "Pages" in section "Range and Copies" of the print dialog
and you should get the correct numbering of pages as "130/136" and "131/136"
I'm not sure whether this is a bug or solely due to the fact that you try to
print a text "selection" (confirming that your description is correct for this
case on
