Implement outline tracking for tables also.
Of course, when there is a table within some section with a heading that would
imply multiple selections in the Navigator (the current heading and the current
table).
Also (as it is now), choosing "select" after having selected a table in the
Navigator, does not select the whole table (as it should), but only the top
left cell it seems.
In addition outline tracking for headings is supended after a table has been
clicked on in Navigator.
I think there should be a universal outline tracking concept involving
headings, tables, frames, images, etc.
