I suppose that UX-wise, for Benjamin (who is the main audience of DF numbering
applied through toolbar buttons, where indeed each time a new list style is
generated), at least <a class="bz_bug_link
bz_status_NEW "
title="NEW - Numbering is not updated when a new item is added at the beginning of the list and Continue previous numbering is not consistent"
href="show_bug.cgi?id=36220#c10">bug 36220 comment 10</a> is relevant and is real UX bug. When
there is an existing list (123), and there is a command on the first element of
this list to continue previous numbering (= merge lists), it should merge the
whole list, not only the first item where the cursor is on. The command is
"continue numbering", not "detach from the following numbering".
So I suppose that there *are* things that might be improved.</pre>
