Im using a FR version of LO, and the function is localized.
For example, using the link given as an example in the online help for Calc
with this function :
=SERVICEWEB("wiki.documentfoundation.org/api.php?hidebots=1&days=7&limit=10&action=feedrecentchanges&feedformat=rss")
displays in the cell </channel></rss>
so something in the URL parser on macOS is causing the problem ?</pre>
