Attached is a proposal for an initial help page.(The icon does not appear in this version because of a lack of updating that I cannot perform, but should appear in published version) The page describes the "limited" version of the command (i.e., Technique C in <a href="show_bug.cgi?id=140579#c15">comment 15</a>). The description is consistent with the new label, and should remain valid even if its functionality is changed. In other words, the help page tells the truth, but not the whole truth about how the command works (at present).
