Some background ones include Dropbox, "Logitech Gaming Software", "Radeon Settings". Still testing with LO Dev 7.1.3. After restarting the computer today, I tried replicating the issue and couldn't. But I successfully replicating again while I had Chrome open. Restarted the computer one more time and tried replicating again. Got it to happen again. This time Chrome was not open when the issue occurred.
