GUI) has this hierarchy:

Language >
- For Selection >
- For Paragraph >
- For All Text  >

...but the problem is that in the "Tabbed", "Tabbed Compact" and "Grouped
Compact" toolbar modes, when you access this from the "Review" menubutton, you
only get:

- For Selection >
- For Paragraph >
- For All Text  >

...without the "Language" grouping. So it's unclear to non-technical users what
the "For" is for.

The easy fix would be, in that case, to group all these in a "Language >"
submenu, just like in the traditional menu system, because it doesn't really
make sense for them to stand alone otherwise.</pre>
