The first example has spent part of it's life in an MS Format - written by
LibreOffice. Probably better to focus on the second one (<span class=""><a href="https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/attachment.cgi?id=146174" name="attach_146174" title="ODT example showing expected result">attachment 146174</a> <a href="https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/attachment.cgi?id=146174&action=edit" title="ODT example showing expected result">[details]</a></span>),
although both are exhibiting the same symptoms.
Since the identified commit was a fix for an earlier 6.2-ish patch by
author Bjoern Michaelsen on 2018-05-05 08:14:12 +0200
commit 83243003b46dfb258c2b41049b0e1cb82a2d7ddb
use WriterMultiListener instead of SwDepend in SwContentNode
...I tested in 6.0, and things seemed to be working there too. So it wasn't
just something that "got fixed, and then the fix was reverted".</pre>
