Reason: Notice in <a href="https://help.libreoffice.org/7.2/en-US/text/swriter/main0206.html">https://help.libreoffice.org/7.2/en-US/text/swriter/main0206.html</a> that each item on the toolbar help page has a description of commands and link to a page that only discusses the "list" function of these commands. Many of these pages need to elaborated to discuss the behavior for paragraph styles with chapter numbering.
