I've been doing some basic work with Calc, formerly only ever having used
Excel. I was happy to see a couple of days ago that when I had a section of
cells summed up and then retroactively added a new row in the midst of that
section, the SUM functions at the bottom of the columns automated the tweak to
now end on the newer row.

So I was surprised when I did the same thing today and that DIDN'T happen.

The only differences, that I'm aware of, are 1) that the first time I did it,
it was in the midst of the selection of cells being added up--I went into the
middle of them and inserted row--whereas today I was on the row of the totals
instead. And, 2) the first time I added a row, I added a row below the row I
was on, whereas today, I added a row right above the row with all the SUM
functions.

Thanks for your time.
