As of today 3/31/2021) and on version 7.1.1.2, Build
fe0b08f4af1bacafe4c7ecc87ce55bb426164676, the bug is reproducible in both
methods:
i.e. have a chart with a Data Range named using quoted text, and either
1) select and move cell A1 on the first sheet to another location on that
sheet, or
2) delete the 2nd sheet
both cases cause the chart Data Range to change from quoted text to something
else;
In case 1, the Data Range becomes a reference to the cell located at the
destination of the move.
In case 2, the Data Range becomes a reference to cell A1 on Sheet 1.
Hope this helps.
