I understand this. Can you try whether the issue also happens when you take the
same steps using e.g. an empty document instead of one that contains
confidential information?

Since the initial description mentions that LibreOffice 6.45.2 is used: Can you
please retest with the current LibreOffice fresh version 7.1?</pre>
