<pre>OK I downloaded and installed 7.1.3.1 and it is working correctly, both Shift
F5 and opening document at last edit. It must have been the particular build
that I had downloaded earlier that had that problem. Besides I can't seem to
find 7.1.1.2 available anymore. Sorry.</pre>
