<pre>I would expect the gutter at right for left pages. The checkbox "gutter on
right side" is quite confusing here and affects only odd pages for the mirrored
layout. Can we rename "Left" to "side" and put it automatically at left on even
pages and right otherwise? And remove the checkbox.</pre>
