OT: I agree with "a billion people are used to and expect LO to operate". But I
would avoid references to intuition, because it's a chicken-and-egg problem,
our intuition being created from our experience. It's quite possible that it's
only "intuitive" *because* MS has made that decision, not the other way round.
I'll just wait the decision from UX.</pre>
