Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Select the top image -> anchor "as character'
3. No select it again and change it back to 'to 'paragraph'
4. Copy the image
5. Place cursor before yellow marking & paste
6. Count number of rows from yellow until image. And compare with above
Actual Results:
Image at 7 rows after yellow marking
Expected Results:
Image at 5 rows after yellow marking
Reproducible: Always
