(In reply to Dieter from comment #1)
I could still reproduce the problem in Writer comments.
> - double click in one word and shift+arrow selects further text
All selection is only with the mouse. No keyboard keys or selections are
involved in this issue.
Clarified steps to reproduce:
1. Create comment in Writer
2. Paste "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipisici elit" to this
comment.
3. Double click the word "ipsum" and keep the mouse button pressed -> the word
"ipsum" is selected
4. Move the mouse cursor over "dolor" while still keeping the mouse button
pressed
-> "ipsum dolor" is not selected, only "ipsum" is selected
5. Move the mouse cursor over "sit" while still keeping the mouse button
pressed
-> "ipsum dolor sit" is not selected, only "ipsum" is selected
Actual Results:
Only one word is selected in comment
Expected Results:
Several words are selected in comment
These steps are working in normal Writer text, but not in Writer comments.
I've repeated it with
