So your issue is unrelated to <a class="bz_bug_link
bz_status_VERIFIED bz_closed"

Please try to reset user profile to exclude possibility of profile corruption.
Possibly this relates to one of the installed extensions; then it would be
necessary to know the exact set of the installed extensions, and try to remove
those that were installed manually, one by one, to see which one makes the
