I open Writer I click on View -> Show Whitespace (so that it gets unchecked) I close Writer I open Writer The checkmark on Show Whitespace is present. ==> That’s bad. Program state was not saved. If you don’t want to clutter Tools -> Options dialog box, I’m fine with that.
