Header from DOC and DOCX compared in MSO 2016 and LO 7.2+
If header from DOC is saved in MSO as DOCX, it's slightly different there.
So no wonder LO has problem to open it as in MSO.
I won't report, if someone does, needs to explain what's expected.</pre>
